    ohh, i read on HC's profile that you're in China. I've never visited Beijing, but try and visit Shanghai if you haven't already - it's a great city, lots of historical and political stuff if that's what you're interested in. Hong Kong is also great - if you ever visit then give me a shout because I live there and if I'm there at that time I'd be happy to show you around Although if you're in China to learn Mandarin I'd guess you'd want to stay in the mainland. I'm thinking of doing China studies myself at postrgrad level.

    RCG are a decent set of people, can't fault their commitment but I think politically as mentalists. I say this knowing pretty much all of them on a first name personal level (lock in a room with them on occupation etc) so im not just sniping.

    I was in the SP up in newc, left tho for a number of reasons, wil probs re-join in the future if a few things come into being.

    Is revleft not banned by the chinese internet?

    Alrite man,

    im told that because we're busy planning May Day and stuffs, we're not having our next Manc AF meeting til the 29th at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Tavern (i can take you there if you dunno where it is). So if you can make that i'd be cool to have you there haha

    You gunna be around for mayday? SWP are building it more or less as an anti-fascism event, which is fair enough with Nick Griffin standing to do well in the up-coming Euro elections, but I think it's a bit sad because May Day is about workers and we shouldn't loose sight of May Day and it's meaning. Either way though May Day marches are always great, ALL the left (all 50 of us lol!) in one place, hating one another. Fun times =p
