Wassup, bro? Great to see another SHARP on here.
How are you today? I wish you a wonderful and productive day!!! Peace, love, class war... -me!!
I really think we have a good chance for 2010. Maybe I'm just delusional though. With Donovan, Altidore, Dempsey etc... We have a promising young team with a bit of maturity to it.
Yes, I know. I like to observe in any case. It is...beneficial, for me to know how people think.
Yea well the trads here hate the nazi's too which is great. But they still don't get involved in anything. They really should care about it too, because the nazi's give ever skin in this city a bad reputation.
Not really a crew, just me and some buddies. I had some problems within the other skinhead scenes here, like the trads mostly. I can't hang around a-political people really and they piss me off usually. Alot of them also had a really macho tough-guy attitude which i think is just stupid. another part is taht we do have boneheads here so it's a tactical thing too. Id rather have the element of suprise in a fight than be recognizable from far away as a skin. I would also didn't care enough about skinhead culture really to explain to every fucking person that im not a nazi. I still wear the boots but i probably won't ever be a skin again.
Pretty good dude, how about you? I am not a skin anymore, but i am Antifa!
Oh, that's cool. I live about 45 minutes away from NYC, currently.
You from New York?
I guess you would say that Lansing is suburban. Most of the houses are owned by slum lords though. The city isn't that hard hit by the credit crunch, Lansing has always just been in a state of "uh!". The music scene died out a couple years ago, nobody buys art anymore, and a lot of local businesses have closed or are closing, but that is just the norm here. We were a city based on our factories, but as you can tell by listening to the news, those factories are going under as well. I heard something the other day about Lansing's future in battery production (for our future in electric vehicles and green energy). Other than that Lansing has a lot of rental properties that are doing well (due to mass foreclosures throughout the state) and shitty roads. There has been a boom with the local underground music and art scene, although there is still no money being transferred. Most of the people here don't like to pay attention to politics, but as of recent times they are kind of forced too.
