The capitalists could just form another state. If we can abolish it overnight, it can surely be created again. The state arose through class antagonisms, as a tool for one class to oppress the other, so with the abolition of classes the state will wither away. These men would have guns, money, armies etc. We would not be able to ignore them.
So states will still exist then.
You really think all states will be simultaneously abolished?
