I think that you misread what I wrote. I was saying that people who uphold a doctrine of anti-imperialism generally become very absolutist and dwell into moralizing a situation instead of basing their analysis on classes, etc. I was saying that this was wrong. I didn't claim that "all Trots base their anti-imperialism on moralistic principles" or anything like that.

Reformists are restricted but revolutionary democrat socialists are not restricted.I am not the most keen on where the OP in the linked article would fall under as I am not fully aware of the sentiments he is speaking about. I will look through the thread later.

Saw you posted an article from Chomsky. Chomsky is an infantile leftist, he seems to have absolutely no grasp of historical societal developments and that socialism requires centralisation for it to function, and that the process of socialisation is a difficult one. I do appreciate all the scholarly things he has written to expose the US bourgeoisie.

He's an academic that is studied in the Bolshevik history and clearly is standing very kindly to it. But he's quite adamant in staying neutral on a personal level, at least to the outside world.
