and i think he definately killed more than one million, considering the gulags were no better than concentration camps, and that he had a lot more time to fill them...

i dont give a shit which system says what, if a man runs a state like the two above, wants to destroy a certain enemy for all costs, kills his own people and has secret mass killings of political/ideological enemies, nothing can excuse their deeds.
