re. that anxiety shit - when you get out of college, god-willin, you'll be growing up and having new experiences that make you realize shit you were anxious about in college was ridiculous bullshit and i imagine the process keeps going.

i totally fucked up a professional presentation last month. i was freaking out cus i had to make one yesterday and then i realized "oh shit dude basically i sweated the wrong shit last time and ended up paralyzed now i need to sweat the big shit" and i did but ultimately the anxiety was more contained and directed.
