no. unfortunately, the cuban state will not allow me to return to cuba. i have tried three times to apply for recognition. i tried to apply with venezuela, to see if they would take me. but although the Bolivarian Constitution guarantees the right to asylum; it is only on the basis of political persecution or political strife in the home country. i do not oppose the Cuban Revolution, I support it . So I am stuck here with the Svens. I actually like the Svens though, their left is a bit annoying; but -minus the racist types- they are in OK sui-generis. Their State is another matter. I am not a member of any political party. but, i joined the undocumenteed workers organising effort which is supported by a number of far left groups. ocassionally i go leafleting and stickering with one specific far left group - but i am not at liberty to divulge its name.
