What does your username mean, by the way? You could be "anti-NICE" in the sense that you are anti-NHS to some degree, or you could be "anti-NICE" in the sense that you wish to return to the pre-Blair status quo of the NHS providing free treatment to anyone regardless of cost. Oh, and if you are a British patriot, I suppose you would have been a great enemy of patriotism 1000 years ago? After all, if the Saxons or the Normans had been sufficiently patriotic, the English would not exist today.
You mean the kind of British patriotism that believes in the fundamental rights of the "indigenous" population over visitors or the kind that saw the imperialist colonisation of half of the world and the enslavement of its people.
