Chester is horrifically expensive and overall a crap night out really. Very pretty in the daytimes, but it's just booooooring in the evenings. Crewe's not as bad as everyone makes out. Wrexham, just around the corner to Crewe is far far worse and I lived in both about the same ammount of time. Not saying for a second that Crewe's a lovely place to aspire to living, but it's overly demonised I thought. So long as you stay the hell away from Nantwich Road after 9pm you're usualy fine.

my advice would be not to lol. still as horribly upper class as before. The pro-foxhunting movement has died out, thank god. it used to be the talk of the region a few years back, but i haven't seen jack recently. The recession isn't as severe here as in other places in the UK (i reckon, thats just my personal experience.) Still lovely and green, but the barn conversions are of course still mushrooming. The countryside is dying, basically.

Never been to Wallasey Village, i was out in Chester last night, a new place called Cruise. Horrifically expensive, for a change! Is Crewe as much as a shit-hole as everyone makes out?

yeh, Martin Smith seems like a really good public talker. An it was uplifting to see the sucess of the Irish and French parties... we gotta repeat that. its a bit boring now though, because it feels like I can do nothing to imediatley improve the situation
