Well the link regarding the Cuban legal system outlines how workers have significant control and input for criminal/ other trials. As far as today though, I'm afraid I don't have any links regarding worker's control except for the massive urban farming project, which is done in a municipal, democratic manner. But I'll try and find some links regarding industry.

Oh and by all means post anything that has information on Cuba that you know of, any addition is appreciated.

Im a leninist extremely concerned with a transition towards a more open regime and a broader and more inclusive communist party as the revolution gets to be consolidated, but it doesnt means I give in to liberalism or western ideas. Anti revisionism is perfectly compatible with polycentrism.
Besides, leninism is about promoting proletarian democracy (my take is that the dictatorship of the proletariat either represents the proletariat or is merely a dictatorship in general) to keep things.. Lively. I find that it is the true nature of leninism, experiences with the masses and all.
Besides, luxemburguism is widely misinterpreted and used by the wrong people with the wrong intent...
