I agree with what Comrade Alastair said.
It can't be said enough times but nobody likes the messenger.
Then again it could be compared to somebody 'needing a punch in the face'. Even if they deserve it, nobody deserves to be able to give it to them!
Anyway, I'm an 'armchair revolutionary' and I'll fully admit that. People need to stop being so touchy
(But yeah, even so, I ain't joinin' no "party"!)

Just for the record Oi, I fully support you're "message to revleft". There are far too many internet leftists around who don't contribute to the RL struggle.

Stalin is painted as a monster but when you look at the history - industrialiazion and WW2. Also he is rather interesting to read don't worry I will read lots of Trotsky but I am reading everything. I rather enjoyed comrade's recommendation for Stalin and thought it was well worth reading.

I did not mean to make a sweeping statement on the party thread I was just trying to create debate so new information and resources become open for me.

One that tries too hard to reject something will become more addicted to it when he/she succumbs to it. If you get a stalinist to cross the floor, they will become valiant trots, like yourself.

Yeah, I know how being repetitive feels. But they never learn, and we should never get tired of teaching.
