Sweet. The only other Peckinpah movie I've seen (knowingly) was The Wild Bunch. It was good but it doesn't touch Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

Thanks for the info. I read through that page (I think I'd read it before) and realized why I opted out of it in the first place - it seems too risky and uncertain to justify the amount of work needed to get there, find housing, and find employment..
I would really like to see Alaska though, looks absolutely gorgeous...

Sounds cool - I ask because when I graduated college I seriously considered moving up to Alaska and trying my hand at labor up there, though I didn't have any idea of where to start. I'm currently at home with my family (no rent, food costs) saving cash and working part-time at a couple places.

So you're a 'self employed fisherman' and a welder? Do you find that there are ample job opportunities for someone on Kodiak?

No I haven't. But it is on my shelf. I can tell you that it is different from what I expected in that it doesn't seem (glancing through it) to really compare and contrast the two approaches. It just has two separate sections, one laying out a summary of neoclassical economics, the other a summary of Marxist political economy. That disappointed me a little bit and delayed my start in reading it, but I still plan to get around to it eventually.
