Hmm, interesting. It's a bit amusing how Marxist-Leninists never thought of attacking the Transitional Program on the same basis.

Thank you! But I believe I haven't read the Transitional Program(the 1937 or 1938 "Fourth International" program?)except for the part on the Soviet Union, so I wouldn't know. Krichevskii? I don't remember who that is either...

I made a thread about Kautsky's Road to Power, maybe something interesting will come out of it, or maybe anarchists will just accuse me of sectarianism(as if Anarchists and Marxists are different sects of a single movement and not 2 antagonistic movements that have been at each other's throats since Bakunin's attempts to sabotage the first International).

Comrade, I would like to know if you have any oppinion on the current state of politics and class structure in Brazil, and if you think that TWCS would be an appropriate strategie for the workers here.

If you already have something written on latin america in general I would be happy to read it.

    Gabriel.

So I guess you're the go-to man on the post-Stalin era. I've been looking across Amazon for decent Khrushchev and Brezhnev era studies, but the only one I found that wasn't terribly anachronistic(published 35+ years ago) or openly anti-communist was Anti-Bolshevik Resistance in the Brezhnev Era.

Who is that in your avatar? I always imagine it to be Fidel Castro but I'm not sure.

I had been wondering what your views on the Labour Party had been, now that PM answered that question. The CPGB takes the view that there is still some mote of potential in the Labour party, which is something I've always strongly disagreed with.

And this is how you make the point concrete and less abstract (since that was the main complaint Ravachol was making and I agree with him on that), so, please keep that example in mind when you make the argument again in the future
  10. What is the difference between abstaining and spoiled ballets? And what position, comrade, would be best suited for you other than Kautsky?

"A new centrist project does not have to repeat these mistakes. Nobody in this topic is advocating a carbon copy of the Second International (which again was only partly centrist)." (Tjis, class-struggle anarchist)

"A centrist strategy is based on patience, and building a movement or party or party-movement through deploying various instruments, which I think should include: workplace organising, housing struggles [...] and social services [...] and a range of other activities such as sports and culture. These are recruitment and retention tools that allow for a platform for political education." (Tim Cornelis, left-communist)
