this is suprising, some factions support for the revolutions in colombia and nepal. Also their international outlook is pretty coherent, not really different from most CP's , even their critical stance on China. Wierd that they keep having such a double standard when it comes to the democrats, although some voices in the CPUSA and especially the YCL combat this (looking at the pre-convention discussions).

you said the CPUSA's convention was hyped by the left-wing. Can you tell me more about the CP's left wing on the ground? in my experience i have only been able to talk to official representatives, so that hasnt gave a coherent view on the situation.

Like I said to bailey: I came across a blog post. I found some more info, but I couldn't find any confirmation for the number or the reasons, so now I'm unsure about that.
