I lived in his era and I know what we're missing now. I got values of truth, honesty, transparency, mutual respect etc., things which are non-existent today.
But SFRY as it was 30 years ago cannot exist today. We'd need something else.
What I'm most sorry for is all the victims who perished during the WW2 and all the brave men and women (heros) who gave their lives for us to be free - the reason why i'm sad for them is because today they're being ridiculed and the victims of the other (fascist-nazi) side are being uplifted by the right-wing governments of republics of ex-Yugoslavia.

Add that to basic leninism, a belief in the nonalliance movemnt, and therefore titoism.
its interesting every former yugoslavian misses tito (with a few fascist exceptions)
