Lot of spruce trees, rain etc. Recently we've had the coldest temperatures in my area since the 20's or something, it's been about 7 degrees here with a nasty windchill.

Utah has nice scenery, I thought. I liked the scenery surrounding SLC when I was there. Then I drove out of the state through a bunch of small Utah towns and wondered how many secret polygamists were living there lol

There is some gorgeous terrain around here but the Southern part of the State where I am at is extremely reactionary. Though that is kind of changing with the influx of people from Nevada and California. It is kind of humorous in a way seeing how more and more blatantly racist the natives get here with the influx of various ethnic groups. Not all the natives but there is a certain sect which wields a lot of financial and political power that doesn't like the idea of not having that power once the Mormon Majority is swallowed up.
