What it says on the tin. Personally I haven't really had much that's weird but I presume someone else does, so if you want to set the bar be my guest...
The ''wierdest'' animal I've eaten was actually deer and boar. Pretty good.
A bull's testicles. Taste alot like oysters.
squirell
Well not really weird, but I've eaten bear, moose, and deer.
I've eaten alligator/crocodile steak (quite a nice beefy flavour, but tough) shark (good, even though it tastes a bit like wee), squid/octopus (calamari) doesn't have much of a flavour to me; with the right flavouring one could disguise them as onion rings. Beyond that there's stuff like pheasant, tilapia (a kind of fish), neither of which I've seen much in the shops where I live and I guess could be considered "exotic".
Swan. Horrible.
Camel, alligator, shark, frog, octopus/squid, snake, boar, deer, elk, eel and probably some others that I can't think off.
Goat Brains (Pakistani delicacy), tastes pretty fucking good. Squid/Octopus (not that weird a little too chewy).
I've ate a rabbit before -- Rabbit Pâté, is the dish name. I must also note, chitterlings, or pig intestines, I think they're delicious!
Octopus (pulpo), gallego (northwest Spanish) delicacy. With paprika and olive oil, it's fan-damn-tastic. Calamari tastes less weird, I don't like it deep fried though, rather just hace it fried with lemon.
I'm not exactly proud of this...but I have eaten shark fin soup. A friend of mine is Chinese, and when his brother got married his family made shark fin soup for the reception.
