    Synopsis

    The nature of the current world situation is determined primarily by European factors, headed by Germany and Russia.

    These factors, embodied by Nazism in Germany, in Russia by the Bolsheviks, are the results of a development that forms the content of postwar Europe and post-war economic policy.

    This post-war era is economically anchored in ultra-imperialist monopoly, which pushes the system of state capitalism. Politically, it paves a totalitarian system of government, culminating in the dictatorship system.

    Only from the critical and analytical examination of these phenomena and relationships can access to the deeper and more real understanding of fascism and Bolshevism begot. Everything else is peripheral, incidental or consequential phenomena of the central causes, raised to the focus of scientific investigation, only incite a skewed perspective and give a false picture of the situation.

    This book lays claim to be regarded as so far the first attempt at a scientific analysis that emanates from the economic and political postwar development in Germany and Russia and gives the key that opens the understanding of all the issues that now dominate global politics.

    Sharply defined and brought into the clarity of the historical-dialectical argumentation problems appear this series of these [revealing evidence]:

    1 for the inner necessity and inevitability of the collapse of the old labor movement, whose typical representative was social democracy;

    2. to the ahistorical and failure of the socialist organization and technical experience in Russia, of which the Bolsheviks were the agent;

    3 for the logical development of the reorientation of Russia towards state capitalism and the bureaucratic dictatorship whose implementation is the historical task of Stalinism;

    4 for the fact of a new industrial revolution in Europe, the consequences of which means that the traditional level of democracy can no longer cope;

    5 for the development of ultramonolpy imperialism and success of its claims totalitarian rule by the rise of fascism, the most active fraction and the most characteristic is Nazism;

    6 for internal congruence of the tendencies of German and Russian state capitalism and its structural, organizational, tactical and dynamic identity, the necessary result of political pact and unity of military action;
