Marx's General

Has anyone checked out this book? I just bought it, never hearing of it before, and I'm wondering if it is reliable and/or interesting.
I initially assumed from the title that it was from an anti-marxist bent, but glancing through it, it seems at least tolerably unbiased.
    So, is it good?

(Also, who else finds it hilarious that a biography of Engels is titled Marx's General?)

I haven't read it in it's entirety, I have it.

From the parts I have read, it is pretty good.
