What separates the true from the false. What was different about the U.S.S.R or china Just wondering what the big differnences?
To make a country truly communist it has to be a stateless, classless, and moneyless society. I don't know to much about USSR and China, so I can't answer that.
I was just stating examples.
A 'country' cannot be communist. It can only be a transitional workers' state, which is only created when the working class obtains political power through a workers' social revolution. In the USSR, this occured but degenerated in the 1920's and the 1930's until capitalist counter-revolution in the late 1930's. This never even occured in China, so it didn't even degenerate.
