My all time favorite is Lowkey, an iraqi rapper living in the UK http://www.myspace.com/lowkeyuk his myspace has a nice message :P written in all caps. my favorite song: Wake up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifjE93dijxU (title is self explanatory) But really, every song by him has a deep message and deep feelings. Right after him, as one of the ultimate revolutionary artists is, of course Immortal Technique, I like this the most http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bb3gB-qY2bQ but like Lowkey every single song is awesome And both together make the ultimate mix: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1jaT...eature=related And these are the ones I don't really know but I still found awesome songs by them: DAM(palestinian group of 3 people, dam is the arabic word for "blood", or DAM could be "Da Arabic MCs" too) Who's the terrorist?! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZqbDi...eature=related It's in arabic but you can find the lyrics on google, they are really deep
The Coup http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQthFDpYCys Dead Prez http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8c_UdWo4Zek Public Enemy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LfdorRfThIE Paris http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmJqzEVKwoU Ice Cube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TeTowu5gCg

I`m probably the only one here old enough to remember them but there was a pretty wicked anarchist group, in the early 90s, called The Goats: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wv5sR...eature=related One of the MCs is wearing a Stiff Little Fingers T. Too cool.
K'naan are freaking awesome. so are folbots and dead prez has to be one of the best
DAM: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zIo6lyP9tTE
I like all of the rappers mentioned so far, but I would like to add: Zack de la Rocha, KRS-One, and Last Emperor in CIA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhqfijdOIuE
Some good Immortal Technique shit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mnD-3MNShYM
Okay, I will admit I grew up listening to rap on mtv, then got into punk/hardcore scene, but I still have always loved Dead Prez & Public Enemy. Recommend me anything and everything I'm looking to get some raw shit to bump.

I'm quite a fan of french hiphop, keny arkana was already named, but I'll add some, singe des rues (monkeys of the streets) http://www.myspace.com/singedesrues Microglycerime http://www.microglycerime.be/ Starflam isn't really revolutionary, but they're quite leftwing and really good http://www.starflam.com/FR/INDEX/
Immortal Technique is all horrible and macho, sexist and homophobic. Dead Prez is cool - Police State is his best. Anarchist rapper Comrade Malone's quite good, and his album's a free download! So search for him. Manage is a hip-hop guy from London, friends with Comrade Malone, and good too (though can be sexist) Agree with the original post - Lowkey is very good. And his collaborater - Logic. Foreign Beggars aren't revolutionary, and can be awful (sexist, homophobic, etc.) but listen to Frosted Perspeks - it's amazing and politically radical. A lot of underground UK rappers (Jehst, Dr Syntax, Skinnyman, etc.) have some good political messages and it isn't all about guns, bling and stuff - unlike north american stuff on the whole.
Naj One (AKA Foeknawledge) is good. His music is kinda hard to find though.

Pizko mc: http://www.myspace.com/pizkomc Franco-Chilean militant rap, I'm going to see him in two weeks
I agree with the many posters about: Dead Prez, The Coup, LowKey, K'naan. I'd like to recomend: The Flobots (These guys are my heroes/inspiration. I've seen them live twice. Listen to any song. Srsly) http://www.myspace.com/flobots The Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy http://www.myspace.com/thedisposableheroesofhiphoprisy Mongrel (Lowkeys side project)("The Menace" is an awesome song) http://www.myspace.com/wearemongrel Prayers For Atheists (a rap punk collaboration) http://www.myspace.com/prayersforatheists
