    Phillip Glass is okay.
    I like his music for the Qatsi trilogy, especially Pruit Igoe.

    Well Mozart and Beethoven as have already been mentioned. But also Schostakovich, I find his works to be extremely interesting and quite complex. Not to mention that I think the music sounds good obviously

    Vivaldi. He manages to take minor keys and make a music that is anything but dreary, it brings more hopeful feeling.

    Some others I love: Frank Zappa, Harry Partch, John Zorn, Jonathan Harvey, Karlheinz Stockhausen, La Monte Young, Morton Feldman, Steve Reich

    Experimental & avant-garde classical is one of my favourite genres of music. I'm not at all into classical from before about 1900, though. Most of that stuff I find quite boring.
