Comrade, as long as there are people like Sarah Palin out there, people need to stand up for stuff like this. I live in Florida where people banned homosexual marrage because they dont belive in equality. Its the same as going and outlawing marrige for a black couple or a Jewish couple. Just because im straight dosnt mean that I cant stand up for things like this, right?

I agree with you! It's very important that both gay and straight people stand up for each other's rights! However, you could just join the revleftgroups/real life organisations for gay rights, instead of organisations for straight people for gay rights.
It just seems abundant to make it seperate groups.

Yeah, it's somewhat like having a group called 'non-refugees for refugee rights'.

I think it helps emphasize that it's not just gays who are for gay rights. Plus there are issues straights are going to have with supporting gay rights that won't apply to gays, and vice versa.
