    Hello, comrades!

    I see the idea of communist wiki is popular in this forum. I can help you with it.

    I 'm one of administrators of the russian-language communist wiki - http://kommynist.ru We make articles mainly about soviet history and modern communist movement. Now our encyclopedia has 254 articles written with Marxist-Leninist viewpoint.

    Some months ago after discussion in soviet-empire.com we resolved to create similar english-language wiki. My comrade (Ateist) created the special domain http://en.kommynist.org for it and we installed MediaWiki software there. Wiki is empty now. If you want to develop such wiki project we can give sysop permissions.

    Just a question, but why are not the Russain pages translate into english? The english wiki is empty why the Russain one has all the infomation. Why didn't wiki just translate it for us?

    MediaWiki hasn't a function of automatic translation of articles from one language to other. Normal (human) literary translation takes a long time. But our wiki has just 3 administrators and only one of us speaks English very well (and it isn't me). So we don't translate. It is very difficult work (at least for me).

    Obviously, English communist wiki is the project mainly for english-speaking users.
