Anyone read this? It's the book by Keith Windschuttle.

I have not read the book, but I know of Windschuttle.

He's the laughing stock of Australian historians. No academic takes him seriously - he believes in something called empirical history or objective history, indicating he has no idea of the fact that you do not find history, but you make history when writing it. That is, every history book is but an interpretation - the present word is not the same as the past world - and every history serves one or another power base by legitimising some narratives and marginalising others. He believes other historians 'get it wrong' and proceeds to hunt down their references so he can claim that he has, in fact, discovered the correct interpretation.

Windschuttle is a racist arse and a stain on the reputation of Australian historians.
