It doesn't have to be by a famous poet or anything, but what is your favorite title for a poem? Mine is the 'alternate' title for a poem my friend posted up on deviantart. She is a wonderful poet, that said though, this particular poem was not her best. However, her intended title (character limits) makes up for this. The 'alternate' title: "Why women over the age of 23 and under the age of 29 must never go to war or drink soda pop without the supervision of a respectable town elder preferably named Jacques"
I haven't come across any particularly weird titles I don't think. Bukowski's titles tend to amuse me, partially because a lot of them tend to be crude or raw in a sense. Your friend's poem title is pretty great I think. I dated a poet once, I guess the poem he titled with my name was a great title I did write a poem once about deception and egoism called "Mr. Frog" (its about a frog), thats probably the "best" of my poem's titles.
Yeah, my friend is quite eccentric, that is why I love her. Anyways, I, on the other hand, am rather un inventive I am afraid. Here's all my finished poetry. (I am not all that prolific either) http://hugs-and-marxism.deviantart.c...erature/poetry As you can see, I am not exactly inventive in the naming department.
The links not working Yea, I find names the toughest things to come up with.
Really? It works for me. Here, try this one:http://hugs-and-marxism.deviantart.com/
ahh, I just had to add a "www." before it
