Do memebers of the CWI think that the CNWP is a dead horse that has been well flogged?
We had something similar in Belgium (CAP), but with far better chances of success when it was set up. But it failed. The concept of a NWP however was not killed in the proces. The whole concept of NWP's is based on the idea that it can only succeed when the class is moving. So no wonder it's dead at this moment.
