How does third period Marxism-Leninism differ from (or relate to) Maoism?

The Communist Party of India (Maoist) characterizes the CPI (Marxist) and the CWI in India as social-fascist, certainly the CWI's connections to Ulster Loyalism and its social chauvinism as evidenced in its support for the invasion of Malvinas Islands as well as its enthusiastic participation in the Imperialist British Labour Party in Britain and Ireland could be seen as evidence of its social fascist nature (its love of cops being another one).

Maoism in general has a similar view of the Trade Union question as third period Marxism-Leninism.
