I was hoping to get some members of this group to help me make a pinned thread for the Worker Actions forum. I would like to see a thread on workplace organizing, be it IWW pamphlets, laws, etc., or any other sort of helpful resources. I was hoping to turn that forum into something more than just a list of strike news articles and I thought that members of this forum would have a lot of suggestions on how to help gear it towards working for worker actions. So any links you have, please let me know!
Communist League and I had a brief discussion on it in here. Have a gander.
I was looking for links to resources, pamphlets, etc.
Yeah, I mean like, there were some listed in there like The Trouble Makers Handbook Actually, that was it. ZACF had some good Pdf zines on Workplaces organizing. Counterplanning the Shop Floor There is Power in a Union How to Fire Your Boss: A Workers Guide To Workers Direct Action The Bosses Need Us...We don't need them Organizing in the Workplace A Rebel Workers Handbook Those are some good ones.
http://libcom.org/organise/industrial-action This is a pretty good general guide of worker's action. It covers everything from go-slows, work to rule, good work strikes, dual power, blockades, sabotage, etc.
Yeah, I mean like, there were some listed in there like I think I was looking in the wrong thread? Thanks (to both of you)
