I still value Bordiga over Pannekoek for sure, but the critique of Bordiga in this article is probably the best one I have heard so far. Of course, the article seems to have a pro-Bordiga bias over Pannekoek as well.
I think I've read this, but I wouldn't mind reading it again and dicussing it.
