Most disturbing movie ever?

  1. Manifesto
    Manifesto
My friend wants to watch as it says in the title and not sure what to suggest. From what I saw some people say, Philosophy of a Knife is the worst but I got that and it wasn't that bad. More like a very visual documentary than anything. The production values were just so low the blood looked more like red water and it just looked so fake. Not to mention it made no sense why Russians were in it and the music was more suited for a sci-fi. So anybody got anything?
  2. Os Cangaceiros
    Os Cangaceiros
    - Niku Daruma (aka Psycho: The Snuff Reels)
    - August Underground's Mordum
    - Martyrs
    - Squirmfest
    - Schramm: Into The Mind of a Serial Killer
    - Scrapbook
    - Singapore Sling (more sick than disturbing...it's actually kinda funny)
    - Spoorloos, aka The Vanishing
  3. Os Cangaceiros
    Os Cangaceiros
also, No Morire Sola aka "I'll Never Die Alone". That one was raw as hell.
  4. Proukunin

    Men Behind the Sun collection.

    Faces of Death.
  5. Men Behind the Sun collection.

    Faces of Death.
Traces of Death is somewhat better.

I second Men Behind the Sun though.

    Martyrs didn't particularly disturb me.

High Tension and Inside though are decent in relation to New French Extremity films.
  6. Pirate Utopian
    Pirate Utopian
Faces of Death is really not that disturbing any more. There's tons of trashy shows that show footage like that.

Ilsa She Wolf of the SS or other nazisploitation stuff works.

*shrug* i thought it was p. effective

most of the people i watch it with give a good grimace when she prys the staples out of the mutilated woman's head. (the bathtub scene)

also, i'm kind of in love with Mylene Jamponoi.

Didn't much care for Haute Tension. Inside ruled. Frontiers was OK too.

what about Someone's knocking on the door?

'most of the people i watch it with give a good grimace when she prys the staples out of the mutilated woman's head. (the bathtub scene)'
This scene disturbed me as well, however the majority of the film did not.
    'Inside ruled'

Indeed, the ending to it was perfect as well.
  10. Though some dislike Antichrist; I found the film to be rather disturbing.
  11. kombatwombat

    Serbian Film is kinda gross.
  12. Magón
    Magón
Though I wouldn't take it as the most disturbing movie ever, the school bus scene in Hobo with a Shotgun, did sort of do it's job for me. It definitely did for my girlfriend.
