Is anyone into any of the old school clones? I'm talking about "retro-clones" of, say, pre-3e D&D or clones of Chaosium's Basic RPG system. I'm actually excited about a new clone of AD&D 2e that came out recently called Myth and Magic, which models 2e rather well save for a few bits. Second edition AD&D was the first ruleset that I was involved deeply with, and was the edition I cut my teeth on (technically I first bought an OD&D boxed set that was produced in the very early 90s).

I was introdruced to RPGs by my dad - we played using SPI's DragonQuest (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DragonQuest), though supplemented with some D&D and Myth & Magic (I still have all the original books, including some old M&M titles). We also dipped into a rather strange setting called "Empire of the Petal Throne," which has since become an addiction (http://www.tekumel.com)

We later played 'Traveller' - yes I still have the Little Black Box (with a few extra books).

    I am a fan of rules-lite, maths-lite systems, so definitely not D&D 3.5!
