Easily compete with the bands that are fom the UK or the US. Especially Yugoslavia had some good punk bands. Dutch punk was for a long while all squattersmusic, most bands sounded like Crass, notable exceptions are Tedje & De Flikkers and De Heideroosjes. French punk also had some great bands, most notably Metal Urbain. Anybody else knows some great bands that fit the criteria? I cbf linking anything, but some good Australian punk from the 80's would be like Depression and Civil Dissident.
Australia had some great punk, The Saints and Radio Birdman are class.
Verlorene Jungs are a great Oi! band from Germany. Los Fastidios from Italy is also good, and I'm not just saying that because I like Antifa Hooligans like it seems a lot people do, they have a lot of non-political music.
