Extension of "Left Unity"

I for one oppose the cooperation with clearly ideologically bourgeois elements, but I would like to start a discussion on the extent of I.B. in the today's left.

I would argue that most Stalinists, all market socialists (Bukharinists and Proudhonists), trotskyst sects like Morenists, any social-democrats are not trustable and are potential traitors.

If any kind of cooperation is to be established, I would argue for a positive basis. That is, a platform with a minimal basis of working class political independence, democracy and internationalism. If comrades are willing to commit to that, despite their background, I'm willing to work with them.

Having said that, most of the far left in most situations isn't worth bothering. The workers movement completely passes them by. Far better would be to work with and in existing workers party, like the Dutch SP, the German Die Linke, the Spanish Podemos (although, I'm still on the fence about them), the Greek Syriza or one of the other bigger formations that have a genuine proletarian base.
