These concepts of mine I believe are nationalistic. Unrestricted access to 'Outward Bound' and Spirit Of Adventure, especially for the un-employed. Also the Department Of Conservation could provide easy access to outdoor projects. Under capitalism I'm stuck in my house with nothing to do, gratitude for the endless free entertainment via internet but it would be nice to be allowed off of my buttocks.
