It's pretty much useless discussing Marxism-Leninism anywhere else on RevLeft outside of this group, not because the rest of RevLeft is utterly hostile to it, but also because 99% of said RevLefters cannot contribute any constructive/informed critiques of it, it's just ranting about Stalin or "wages still exist, this proves USSR = capitalism... and Stalin was evil." The best you'll get is ComradeOm or Invader Zim (both closer to social-democracy than actual leftism) selectively quoting a wide array of bourgeois texts to tell you how living in the USSR under Stalin was like living in Hell itself and how Khrushchev made everything better because he got rid of the "Stalinist coercive economy." Anyway, if the person in question is a newbie to MLism, ask him to join the group and make a thread.
Yh I agree with Ismail 100%. This is the only place M-L can speak freely without the folks not educated about M-L harrassing us with nonproveable information, and just straight up lies.
