I remember an article on Kasama a while ago which also tried to see some parallels in Maoist thought with some of Gramsci's writing. Like this article it looks at Gramsci's views on the war of position and the war of maneuver, as well as the role of the party. Likewise it also sought to try and reclaim Gramsci from the Eurocommunists who appropriated his thought. http://kasamaproject.org/revolutiona...he-philippines The one you posted is a lot more thorough.
