I don't have a problem with moderate religious people. I met a muslim teen (seemed about my age), and he was very polite. We had a short discussion about religion (the Abrahamic ones to be exact), and we had no arguments. I just think a progressive society can't be too religiously fundamental or theocratic. Not to mention it seems outrageously cruel to persecute and kill people over their religious beliefs. As long as they're not like Westboro Baptist Church or the Taliban, I don't have a problem with them. Sure It would be nice to live in a secular atheist society, but for now we have to be rational and accept that there is still a great number of religious people out their.
