Why is there so much anti-religious sentiment among the revolutionary left? (I beg you, please don't let this thread degenerate to atheist bashing.)
Because of a pretty good and valid reason actually. It's because of all the organized religions which promote hierarchy and submission. I think a lot of leftists don't mind it too much when you've got your own personal religious views.
