That's right, it's a Red Dwarf club. It's one my all time favourite shows, sitcom or otherwise. I love sci-fi, I love general geekdom and I love smart, well-written comedy. So here it is, for what it's worth. Let's have fun fun fun in the sun sun sun. EDIT - I know Rimmer came back in series 8, but Kochanski was still in it and I just thought that series wasn't as good as the others. It's still in the black box.
Along with Doctor Who and Blakes 7, Red Dwarf is great!
I don't particularly have a problem with any of the Series, although I think the worst episode is Camile (despite the brilliant start)... fun fact, my brother has had the nickname Smeghead since he was a small child, because he was a little git (and still is I guess).
