So, I've seen some of what Lenin has wrote in response to Rosa, and it seems as more of an agreement, whilst at the same time calling her wrong, and resorting to sarcasm rather than a developed argument against her. Am I wrong here?

She was a tad hypocritical on this question to say the least, opposing national self-determination in general yet standing up for the organizational autonomy of the SDKPiL sect against the RSDLP.
She didn't oppose national self determination in total. She opposed the idea of making it a right. She believed that in all circumstances, there needed to be an analysis of what it's relevance to the international struggle of the proletariat was. She supported some national liberation movements and opposed others.
