2010 was an important year for the PSL as we have added many new branches and have new comrades in much needed new areas like the South and the Midwest. We took part in the launching of the Seize BP campaign which had demonstrations all over the country and introduced people to the party. We had successful electoral campaigns in the sense that thousands of people voted for openly Socialist candidates. We had a national conference that attracted well over 500 people from not just the entire country but from different parts of the world. We spearheaded demonstrations all over the country that amounted in hundreds of thousands of people in attendance. We had emergency demonstrations (which had less than a day to plan) and took the streets immediately against the attacks on the Freedom flotilla and Imperialist provocations in the Korean peninsula. We fought in our communities fighting against police checkpoints, police brutality, electric shutoffs, foreclosures, unemployment, and discrimination against undocumented workers.

I'm forgetting a lot more and the video will detail these better than I have but the point is that the PSL is growing every single day. We are in the struggles and we are in the communities on a day-to-day basis. If there was ever a time that you should join the PSL and fight back, it should be right now.
