No there's no leader, it's an organizational model where groups that have a basis of agreement and an orientation towards class struggle federate together to better effectively fight side by side with their fellow workers in the struggle for libertarian communism. It constructs an anarchist space within the class where we can come together to sharpen and debate our theoretical orientations and develop our revolutionary praxis in our struggle for the end of hierarchy and all class oppression. sounds nice, huh?
