I posted this question in learning but didn't really get a response. Did the worker-controlled areas of Spain during the civil war have a planned economy in effect? And if not, is that something the modern syndicalist unions in france, spain etc have as goals?
First please define what's planned economy to you, because this term can really be misused. In theory, and in practice, anarcho-syndicalists do advocate planed economy which will be planned by workers, by so called consumers and producers syndicates (I'm not sure that these terms are right in English)... If you want I can explain this all Also ask you questions.
