As the new moderator I thought it would be helpful for me to post my moderation with an explanation of it. I also welcome suggestions from the members of this group on how to best moderate the group. -The Doctor
Moderation: December 1st 2009 Removed marxistcritic Reason: Banned Racist. Removed Vincent. Reason: Banned homophobe. Removed Glenn Beck. Reason: Long rants full of personal attacks on other Revlefters and just general not conforming to this group's guidelines.
Moderation December 2nd 2009 Tinkered with the group description. Reason: Needed a little editing of word choice, grammar, etc. Changed Group's Picture. Reason: Never got what the metal cover light bulb thing had to do with respectful discussion. I think a serene landscape is much more appropriate.
I agree with all the moderations so far, and I think the new group picture is appropriate. Thanks, Doc.

I like this idea and i might just implement it in my group. except I hardly moderate anything. i just keep the conversations alive mainly.
