What Is Philosophy?

    I encourage everyone to give their two cents. What is philosophy, what is its subject matter, what is it trying to achieve?

    a worldview- but one that attempts to understand and explain beyond just the scientific method. in other words, seeing the big picture, while also questioning our assumptions.
