Lenin and Stalin were both good leaders. After that the CCCP were ruled by idiots.

I would say Lenin was a good leader but Stalin is more hit or miss.

His wrong include killing millions of his own people in camps and through failed collective farming attempts, murder of political enemies, not not mention holding thousands POWs of WWII until 1955, purging the Army of its leadership leaving it without good officers in the early years of WWII, and his establishment of the USSR as a dictatorship rather than true communist state.

But he also did much for Russia, particulary with his five year plan which moved Russian industry ahead faster than it ever had before, leaving it able to fight WWII, and Stalin's siezure of Eastern Europe after the war set Russia up to be a super power after the war.

So while his human rights record was atrocious he did create a very strong nation.

I hope you mean Socialist state but I wont argue more for its late here. Communist state=oxymoron for Communism=/=state.
  5. Wakizashi the Bolshevik
Kruschev started it, Gorbachev completed it.
Gorbachev was probably the greatest traitor in history.

Lets face it Lenin was amazing but Stalin made a bunch of mistakes. Killing much of his own country and I think he was too harsh of a dictator. Overall the way he made USSR a superpower was outstanding.

apperently no one has heard of the Kulaks and what they did.

and his establishment of the USSR as a dictatorship rather than true communist state.
Communism is a stateless classless society so the term of "Communist state" is itself an oxymoron and the USSR wasnt a dictatorship, it was a Developing Socialist state but not a Dictatorship. Stalin was Democraticly elelected by the Bolshevik party and became Premier.

    Stalin's siezure of Eastern Europe
you make it sould like American propaganda and like if he counqered it.

Well Stalin did conquer Eastern Europe literally. 1939, conquered Poland. 1940 (or '41, can't remember) seized part of Bessarbia from Romania I think. Then during World War II they swept across Eastern Europe and seized it. They never asked the people, "Oh hi there, would you like to join the Communist Club?" The Soviet Union swept across and put their system of government on the people and destroyed any rebellion like Hungary, 1956. Revolution= The people choose.
    Democracy=The people choose.
Conquering=Making countries apart of yours, or making them your puppet state whether they like it or not.

    Hungary, 1956.
If Hungry was sucessful it would have led to the creation of a liberal , more or less, Pro-western Regime. It wasnt Counter-Revoultionary for the goverment wasnt Revolutionary.

As for the Eastern Europe part: I'll get to that later.

Not all of them. Lenin didn't, but Stalin onwards the USSR was a degenerated Worker's State until Mr. Traitor Gorbachev collaborated with Reagan to reform the USSR. This of course led to Capitalism. Better a Degenerated Worker's State than Capitalism I say.

Personally I think the crushing of left wing uprisings was a bad precedent.
  17. Soviet

If the USSR was a degenarated worker's state then Soviet workers were degenerates themselves.

    No kidding?
Nope. Just the party bureaucracy which gave the workers little political power.
  19. Soviet
Show me non-degenarated worker's state.Show me the state without bureaucracy.
Bureaucracy'd exist until a state exists.
The existing of bureaucracy is not a proof of a degenaration.
Can you name examples of a degenerate policy of the USSR?

Gorbachev. After Stalin's rule there were flawed implementations of socialism, but the USSR still remained, as crazy as it may sound, the greatest force of equality in the world. Then the Traitor came along, and ruined things for everybody.

More or less, though i'll say that it was Khrushev onwards, i think Stalin's was a genuine socialist, albeit having had faults.

And Stalin too because he killed people doesn't mean he didn't do it for the USSR

First- Gorbachev, he spent vast amounts of money on an anti-alcohol campaign while the CCCP's economy was in turmoil.

Second- Brezhnev, who basically did a better job of killing the soviet economy than the west.
