pain management

    Anyone have experience or tips?

    I've heard biofeedback can be extremely helpful, but haven't had the chance to try. I prefer to avoid painkilling drugs, so any input is appreciated.

    I was seriously injured in a car wreck 2 years ago. For the first 2 years, I used yoga to manage my neck pain. It slowly got worse, and skeptical to resort to surgery, I ended up going on pain management with medication. Now I am hoping it will be enough. If I sit up in a chair for more than an hour, I get shooting pain in my neck and head. And because of that, I havent been able to work.
