Yea, that book, along with another one I was reading, kind of pushed me over the edge as far as Maoism. The downside is my only communist friend has practically disowned me now. He is a trot. Not my fault though.
  3. Ok thanks. Good to see you are a Maoist now.

Excellent. It was an easy read for me. It show a real human and personal side to Mao, but discusses his politics mainly. It shows his mistakes, and faults, and the overall appraisal is good. My favorite part is when Mao suggests to Kruschev they have their meeting in the pool. Kruschev can't swim. Mao is swimming laps around him and he is clinging to in an innertube. (true story).
  5. Whats that Feigon book about Mao like?
