Thanks, i enjoy the intellectual debate, something that is lacking a bit in my own life at the moment. Regarding the notion of "genderqueer", I hadn't given the idea of there being more than two genders a lot of thought (I'm happy with the gender I am). I do think though, that rejecting the gender binary follows clearly and obviously from radical, revolutionary left politics. Trouble is, the "old left" don't care (just like they didn't reject homophobia). Meh, thanks again for the welcome. y.
